Service Description

Airport transfer / 4 hours & 40 kms:

This service type is called “local half day”Picked up from the airport or any place with in city limits and needs to be dropped off some place within the same city. Kilometers & hours should be with in 4 hours & 40 kms.Kilometers and hours will be calculated from our garage to garage

Local Trip/ 8 hours & 80 kms:

This service type is called "local Full day". The vehicle service is provided for 8 hours & 80 kms minimum charges. Any extra hours and extra kms is charged at the rate applicable for that vehicle in that particular city.

Outstation Trip/Out of City use:
  • This service type is called “Outstation” The vehicle services provided to go outside the City limit on the basis of 250/ kms per day or at actual kms running whichever is higher. Outstation trip to another city, It will be charged the round trip irrespective of whether the customer returns to the city or not.

  • In case of multiple outstation trips, if the trip does not end in the city from where it started, extra kms equivalent to the distance between the cities where the trip ended to the city where it started would be charged.

  • Any extra km would be charged at the rate as applicable for that vehicle in that city from where the outstation trip originated.

  • If the trip involves the night stay (out of the city from where the trip started) for the chauffeur, there will be night charges for each such night. The night charges would vary based on the city from where the trip started as well as the type of the vehicle.
